- To ensure continuous improvement in OHS issues,
- Creating a culture of occupational health and safety and making it a way of life,
- To comply with the current OHS-related legislation, relevant standards, administrative regulations and the rules of the organizations of which it is a member,To involve all our employees in these processes by developing the participation consultation applications of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System,
- To provide trainings in order to ensure that both the direct company personnel and the subcontractor employees are aware of their individual OHS responsibilities,
- Periodically reviewing the OHS policy in order to maintain its compliance with the requirements,
- Mutually sharing OHS experiences with public, private sector organizations and non-governmental organizations.
